What is the history of PaNache?

PaNache is located in Prairieville, Louisiana and has been providing customers with unique items since the summer of 1988. Our customers are located throughout the United States. All of us at PaNache are dedicated to providing you with great selections and quality customer service.

Does PaNache sell authentic designer jewelry?

We sell affordable reproductions of popular designs. Our products are NOT stamped with the designer's logo nor do they come in a logo box.

How often does inventory change?

Although certain classic jewelry never goes out of style, we attend market in the spring, summer and fall. Our manufacturers are constantly informing us of their latest designs and jewelry trends. To avoid missing the latest trends, you should check back with panachedesignerjewelry.com frequently.

Why should I create an account with PaNache?

You are creating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. You will also be notified of special savings, new items and upcoming shows.

How do I create an account?

1. Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Select " I am a new customer"

Simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our "Security and Privacy Policy" for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.

You may change information about your Orders, Personal Information and Payment Settings.

Select items you wish to change then follow the prompts.

What if I forget my password?

On the Login screen you will see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click on the link and follow the prompts. An email will be sent to you with your password.

How do I change my password?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. Under Personal Information, click on the the link "Change email address, or password". Then follow the prompts.

How do I search through PaNache's jewelry and collections?

The items on our online store are separated into categories to help simplify your shopping experience. You can select a specific category from the top or bottom of the screen or a sub-category on the left. When in the Product Detail, Click on the item's picture to view a larger version and detail information.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse will become a "hand". Wereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword or item number into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How much is shipping?

Our shipping cost are determined by the dollar amount of the order. Gift Certificates will not be charged shipping costs.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site to view the orders you have placed. Click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or shipped, the order is no longer editable.

What if an item is not available?

A situation may arise when an item will show to be available online when it is temporarily out of stock. We will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours of the placement of your order if an item is not available. This is considered a back order. We will order the item from our manufacturer. Once the item has been received by panachedesignerjewelry.com and is ready for shipment, we will charge your credit card then send it to you.

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Are there different price levels for online customers and preferred customers?

At panachedesignerjewelry.com we use two levels of pricing: online customer and preferred customer. Online customers receive 50% off the retail price. Preferred customers receive more than 50% off the retail price.

How do I become a preferred customer?

To qualify as a preferred customer you must own your own business and purchase our jewelry for resell. This type of customer receives the largest discount off our retail price. We will need a copy of your sales tax permit along with other pertinent information. Call us at 316-684-1468 to receive our Preferred Customer Request. All preferred customer requests must be approved by PaNache. You will need to make an initial minimum purchase of $500 using the preferred customer pricing. If you are a preferred customer and are able to attend one of our trade shows be sure you let us know you are a preferred customer so you will receive preferred pricing whether shopping online or at a show.

Do you charge sales tax on your items?

We charge sales tax on all orders according to the current sales tax laws.

Who will deliver my order?

All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail.

Most orders are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If within 30 days of the shipment date, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for an exchange, credit or refund. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, contact PaNache via email at customerservice@panachedesignerjewelry.com or by phone at 316-684-1468 and a number will be e-mailed to you.

How do I return my purchase?

If within 30 days of the shipment date, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for an exchange, credit or refund. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, contact PaNache via email at customerservice@panachedesignerjewelry.com or by phone at 316-684-1468 and a number will be emailed to you.

All items must be returned in the original state they were received. Returns should be repacked in the original packing material then placed in a protective package. Do not bulk wrap or place all of the items in one bag or container inside the box. Each piece must be bagged or wrapped separately. This will prevent the jewelry from being damaged in shipping. Jewelry that is received scratched or marred will not be accepted for exchange, credit or return. Each item must be protected in the same manner as it was received.

When will my credit card be credited?

Once your return has been received and validated at PaNache, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note your financial institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from PaNache. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

I received an item as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?

Please contact us at 316-684-1468 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. If you have access to the original invoice this would help expedite the return process. Exchanges, credits or refunds will only be given to the person who originally purchased the item.

How do I know my transaction is secure?

When you make a credit card purchase from panachedesignerjewelry.com, your credit card and personal information are protected. All online transactions are processed through a secured server using Security Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. What gift wrap services do you offer?

We do not offer any type of gift wrapping services or boxes. We try to keep our prices as low as we can, we are unable to offer this service.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

If you receive your gift certificate by email, simply click on the link on the certificate.

If you receive your Gift Certificate by mail, visit our website at panachdesignerjewelry.com and click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. Select the "Apply a gift certificate to your account" option.

It will ask you to enter the Gift Certificate number and amount. This will credit your PaNache website account. To view your balance click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. Select the "View gift certificate balance" option.

Your credit will apply to your next order.
